Maryland Mortgage Rates were able to stop moving higher last as mortgage bonds found a level of support after the Fed Meeting on Wednesday.  If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can mortgage bonds had been selling off but finally found a floor of support shown with the dark horizontal line.  Bond were able to rally higher on Thursday and Friday so we are recommending FLOATING your Maryland Mortgage Rate to start the week.
